Dean Delfosse is the Associate Pastor of Church Administration & Worship Arts. His passion is for God's people to respond in worship to what God reveals in His Word. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a Minor in Church Music, Masters of Divinity in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a background in metropolitan church planting. He and his wife Jaime have 3 children, are advocates for adoption and other orphan care and has served at New Covenant since 2008.
